In cases where a Refund is warranted. Refunds will be processed within 3-8 business days after the receipt of your return. Customers that are approved only can receive repayment by way of your original payment method through PayPal.

Product Warranty information: The Kelvin 23 and the Kelvin 36 Multi-Tools are covered by a 10 Year Super Simple warranty against any manufacturing defects in materials, or workmanship. (The Kelvin 17 has a 30-day warranty). Kelvin is a tool designed for light to medium duty usage. For this reason, we do not cover breakage or defects resulting from heavy duty use or abuse.
If you have a problem with the tool, please provide clear photos of the issue and 50 words of a description along with the original proof of purchase to emailus@kelvintools.com.
