Return & Refund Policy
Product Warranty information: Your new Kelvin 36 & Kelvin 23 Multi-Tools are covered by a 10 Year Super Simple warranty against any manufacturing defects in materials, or workmanship. Kelvin is a tool designed for light to medium duty usage. For this reason, we do not cover breakage or defects resulting from heavy duty use or abuse.
The Kelvin 8 Emergency Tool has a 1 year manufacturers warranty. The Kelvin 17 has a 90 day warranty policy.
If you have a problem with a tool, please provide clear photos of the issue and 50 words of a description along with the original proof of purchase/order number to emailus@kelvintools.com

Please note: Returning Goods (that are other than warranty) requires a Return Merchandise Authorization through emailus@kelvintools.com first, and must be within 30 days of receipt.
Only once a RMA is authorized by Kelvin Tools, then you must ship at your expense and be sure to include your Name and GMA order number on and inside the package.
Where a Refund is approved and confirmed received, Refunds will typically be processed within 3-8 business days after the receipt of your return. Customers that are approved only can receive repayment by way of your original payment method.
